What Does the following lower Abdominal Ultrasound Result Indicate? 

hello, sir/madam recently i have done usg for lower abdomen. it results Uterus:uterus is anteverted and normal in size. myometrial echtxture and endometrial echocomplex are normal. copper T seen in endometrial cavity. \uterus measures 79.2x46.9x39.9 mm ovaries: left ovary is normal in size and show follicular cyst(14.6x12.9mm). right ovary is bulky in size. right ovart measures 41.4x19.2 mm left ovary measures 36.2x24.7 mm no adnexal SOL seen POD : clear please tell me sir... is there any risk as the report shown bulky right ovary and follicular cyst left ovary please help me sir.

ovarian cyst are most of the time harmless in nature.so no need to worry about them.as far as right ovary enlargement is present,it can be either an abccess or some other malignant condition which requires further tests to rule it out. contact your obgyn
